The “Off-chain” label displayed in the VyvoWallet and Token Tank blocks (located in the VyvoWallet dashboard) indicates that these two wallets, and their relative amounts, are not included in the new Vyvo Smart Chain system.
This does not affect the regular Token system or Wallet services in any way.
