I’ve seen a few transactions in my VyvoPay that don’t look familiar. What can I do?

The transactions that you don’t recognize may just be service costs applied for some actions, including:

  • % Online/store purchase issuer foreign exchange fee.

ATM fees:

  • Withdrawal fee (1 SGD).
  • ATM balance check fee (1 SGD).
  • % ATM withdrawing issuer foreign exchange fee.

These fees work as compensation for the free use of the VyvoPay service.

Please check in your History if the transactions you see are service fees. If they are not, please start a conversation with the Support Team to receive assistance.
