How can I set my fitness goals on the App?

  1. Log into your mobile App and go to the Profile page. Click on “Goal setting”.
  2. Here you can set your goals for daily steps and weight. Slide your finger on the screen to move the red circle on the horizontal bar to increase or decrease the number of steps or weight for your goals.

When you set a goal, the watch will reward you with a badge displayed on the LifeWatch screen or in the App every time you reach it.
