How can I set the Guardian and SOS feature?

To set your Guardian feature:

  1. Log into your Vyvo Smart App and go to the Device page. Click on Guardian.
  2. Fill in all the fields with your personal information and set your preferred alerts and notifications. When done, click on “Apply”.

To set your SOS feature:

  1. Log into your Vyvo mobile App and go in the Device page. Click on SOS.
  2. Set your emergency contacts by clicking “Add new” and filling in all the field with your contacts’ information. When done, click on “Save”.
  • You can add up to 3 people by tapping on ADD NEW
  • You can edit the existing contacts by tapping on EDIT
  • You can remove the existing contacts by tapping on REMOVE.

Please note:

The service requires a smartphone with an internet connection to be within no more than 20 meters or 65 feet from the device. The SMS are sent from our gateway and are limited to 6 a day.
