Pulse Wave Analysis is strictly connected to the Atrial Fibrillation feature, and it generates a report every three (3) hours only if AFib it's been on for the six (6) hours before.
Therefore, the reasons why you don't see any report in your Pulse Wave Analysis App Page may be:

AFib is not active or hasn't been active for at least 6 hours.

Pulse Wave Analysis hasn't been active for at least 3 hours.
