The system will reject your code if one of the following conditions occur:
- The Member has already used a 1 month Vyvo subscription Voucher in the past.
- The Member has tried using a 1 month Vyvo subscription Voucher but didn’t finalize the order (Please get in touch with Customer Service to reactivate it).
- Another Member already used the same code for their one account.
- The code expired in our system (Please get in touch with Customer Service to reactivate it).
