Why did my 1 month Vyvo subscription Voucher not get accepted?

The system will reject your code if one of the following conditions occur:

  • The Member has already used a 1 month Vyvo subscription Voucher in the past.
  • The Member has tried using a 1 month Vyvo subscription Voucher but didn’t finalize the order (Please get in touch with Customer Service to reactivate it).
  • Another Member already used the same code for their one account.
  • The code expired in our system (Please get in touch with Customer Service to reactivate it).
