Generally, 7-10 days of data can be stored within the LifeWatch, depending on the amount of personal data recorded per day, including health data and sports activities. If your device does not sync with the VyvoSmart App for 10 days, the data will be progressively replaced day by day, with no means of recovering it.

The device does not sync with the VyvoSmart App in that period of time; on October 11th, the data of October 1st will be replaced, and so on progressively.
