How to open a support ticket?

If you are not logged in:

  • Please visit the Support Section on Vyvo.com.

  • Click on ‘Submit a Request’ located in the upper-right section of the Info Center Homepage.

  • The system will ask you to log in with your Vyvo credentials.

  • Using the dropdown menu, select the ticket type that best matches your issue, and then fill in the rest of the sections to submit your ticket.

If you are logged in Vyvo Back office:

  • Please click on the button on the right ‘Customer Support’.

  • Click Submit a Request located toward the upper-right section of the Info Center Homepage.

  • Using the dropdown menu, select the ticket type that best matches your issue, and then fill in the rest of the sections to submit your ticket.
