How can I change my email?

Only the owner of the Vyvo Account can request our Customer Service for an email change.

While filling out your request, please attach a picture of yourself holding your ID document and indicate the new email that will replace your old one.

Once you have submitted your request with all the necessary information, you will be contacted for a security check using the telephone number linked to your account before finalizing the email change.

Remember: Make sure that the phone number connected to your account is a working number; we will not accept different telephone numbers to complete all the security checks.
