How can I get ID verified through VyvoPay KYC?

1. Log into your VyvoWallet and go to your VyvoPay Dashboard. You can find it on the top left of your profile sidebar or under the VyvoPay Wallet which is a blue block in the VyvoWallet Dashboard (your screen’s bottom left hand-side).

2. On the right you have the “Full KYC click Here” button. Click on it.

3. You will be required to upload three (3) images of proof of ID, depending on the type of document you have to submit.

Passport:

  • One photo of the front page of your Passport (the page including your picture and data).
  • One proof of address (a bill or invoice that proves your residential address).
  • One photo of you holding the front side of your ID with your hand and your face in the photo.

Local ID:

  • One photo of the front side of your ID.
  • One photo of the back of your ID.
  • One photo of you holding the front side of your ID with your hand and your face in the photo.
  • Only for Japanese Members: One proof of address (a bill or invoice that proves your residential address). 

To complete a full KYC verification, it is required to upload a valid ID document in latin characters. Japan users are exempted from this request and can upload ID documents in Japanese language.

 

4. Submit your document pictures. You’ll have to wait around 48 hours to be verified. During this process, your KYC status will display SUBMITTED.

5. If every step is completed correctly and your ID is approved, your KYC status will be displayed as APPROVED.
