Why isn’t the Sleep Disturbances feature working?

Please check if the conditions below:

  • This feature requires an active Wellness+ subscription.
  • Make sure you have switched on the 24h monitoring in your App or device. 
  • Once activated, it will take six (6) hours to effectively start with the monitoring, as the device will monitor and collect the atrial activity to establish a baseline for a more accurate result.

If the problem persists, contact customer service.
